Airslides convey hot clinker from one end of the cement plant to another with using a surface on incline with air coming from below it. Our design of the needlefest air slide felt overcomes problems of fluidity in traditional air slide fabric. The Aero 6 offers far less resistance to dust flow, lower power consumption by demanding lower air flow, and depending on dust chemical properties, the top layer of para- or meta- aramod fibers can be impregnated so that thermally aggressive particles do not damage the fabric surface. .
