1. General
- The plant herein described is for the production of mechanical pulp (SGW) from poplar and birch wood, maximum annual output of 30,000 Tons.
- Mechanical pulp can be successfully used for the production of paper grades to be printed such as newsprint, roto-offset, decor paper, base paper for coating application, board.
- The sludge can be sold as secondary product, distributed to local farmers as fertilizer
- The plant was stopped in August 2014 due to the critical conditions and negative expectations of the paper industry.
- Most of the equipment has been provided by VOITH and ANDRITZ
- The plant has alway been properly serviced and over the last three years consistent investments have been performed in order to provide the system with high efficiency

- The equipment is in very good mechanical conditions and available for dismantling
- Located in Europe
- Sale not affected by any geographical restrictions
- Visits welcomed prior to written consent of the Seller
- The mill is in voluntary liquidation procedure

3. Commercial conditions & services
The plant is sold with the clause “as is where is”.
Dismantling and other additional services are not included in the scope of supply and selling price. Payment conditions to be agreed with the Seller directly.
The selling price is available upon request, prior to registration of customer and signature of a compulsory non disclosure agreement.
