The machine was a Left hand one. It ran 90 TPD of lightweight coated papers at a speed of 1100 FPM (335 MPM). We upgraded the machine by buying a better Head Box (details attached), and a much better Calander Stack (details attached)

A) One (1) used Sandy Hill , roll out type Fourdrinier table, Stainless steel, Brass breast roll, 21.6” diameter x 136” face width,
(1)-Forming board, (8) Jonson flat boxes, (4) Flat boxes, (1) Rotobox, Dandy Roll, Doty Machine works 26” diameter x 139” face width, 130” drilled face width. Suction couch roll.
B) One (1) used Voith 2-nip press section:
1st Press consists of a 26” diameter x 135” wide Rubber covered suction bottom roll which is driven, top roll is a 24” diameter x 135” rock roll, non driven, 350PLI, 1500 FPM
2ND Press consists of a 27” diameter x 135 “ wide rubber covered blind Drilled roll, driven, top roll is a 24” diameter x 135 “ wide Duromax roll, Non driven , 500PLI, 1500FPM.
C) One (1) used Valley horizontal track reel, 36”diameter x 129” wide drum, with (4). 13” diameter x 129” wide reel spools.
D) We also have in the containers, (2) Couch rolls for the machine
(1) Fan Pump, A VERY NICE BIRD SCREEN, a Vibrating Screen, and the main Drive of the machine.
