Paper Machine
Machine comes from Poland (FAMPA)
Start up year is 1991.
Max speed is 500 m/min and
Net trim on the winder is 2500 mm.
Paper machine was producing Fluting. but it was designed at start-up to produce Brown testliner
Grammage from 100 – 175 gsm..
In year of 2000 it has changed to produce only Fluting.
Some equipments of top layer have been taken out of operation due to start-up of PM3 in 2000.
Stock Preparation
There is one pulper and receyled paper conveyor.
After pulper a turbo seperator and coarse screens are placed. Raw material for paper production has been supplied as 100 % Recycled OCC.
Rewinder
Rewinder is FAMPA’s own design.
The slitter knives is being adjusted manually.
A reel with maximum diameter of 140 cm can be wound.
