Starting point:
The Seller will give a six months guarantee for the mechanical and electrical parts as well as a stable operation and run ability for the lines acc. to the Warranty agreement .
Service and spare parts
The Seller will offer a complete after sales service and spare part contract after the delivery of the line.
Manuals and drawings
The Seller will provide the existing manuals and documentation for mechanical, electrical and operational parts.
Dismantling and loading
The Seller has dismantled, marked, protected well and loaded into 40 feet containers
OPTIONAL EXTRA: Erection, Commissioning and Operational Training
The Seller will send 4 persons; 1 supervisor, 1 electrician, 2 mechanics, over to Buyer’s site supervising the installation/ commissioning, conduct machine tuning, test running and give an operation training. The Buyer according to his own will can place 1 electrician and 1 mechanic for the erection work of the machinery. This is important for the later maintenance and trouble shooting in the mill.
Foundations and equipments required from Buyer’s Side
The Seller is responsible for the erection of the line in a Buyer’s mill.
A Buyer will make the foundations acc. to the foundation drawings sent by the Seller. A Buyer will supply of all the necessary electric and pressure air connections for the installation.
A Buyer is responsible for the drilling of anchor bolt holes and anchor bolts for the machine.
