Thorough modernization, technological changes and updates made in the year 2011-2012 is now possible to reach the daily sheeting capacity (production calculation in appendix) off to abbr. 87 metric tons which depends on the quality of material, width of the reel, circumstances and manning at the cutter.

The Seller will give 6 months guarantee for the mechanical and electrical parts as well as a stable operation and run ability for the line acc. to the Warranty Agreement in appendix.  

List of Modernization, Technological changes and Updates 2011-2012 :

  • All electric cabinets, boxes, operator panel and keyboard, PLC, programs are new and most of the wires has been changed.
  • The knife drums have their own drives /two motors drive i.e. for in feed press section and knife drums have their own motors (P.I.V. and gear boxes have been taken off). Guaranteed accuracy is 0.15 mm. and right angle is max 0.3mm./1000mm. 
  • Direct drives for belt sections by own motors for new primary and secondary belts   Direct motor drive for the primary belt section gives a constant speed and good chance to adjust the speed of the sheets from the cross knife section to the primary belt section.
  • Auto electrical sheet length size changes and right angle adjustments in the cross cutting section.
  • New decurlers have been built and assembled. Both (2 pcs) decurlers are electrically adjustable.
  • Infeed sections (Nep rolls) - With sensitive felt covered in feed roll has been overhauled into full condition.
  • The second in feed nip roll has been added. This will make sure the web is input in the cross knives perfectly.
  • New side plate units (5 pcs) in the delivery section
  • Non-stop pallet change (fork- and reject gate type) 
  • New auto pallet feeder for empty wooden pallets 
  • Reject-gate devices for the cutter
  • For overlapping section will be supplied by HAP, an air pulse overlapping system (not butterfly overlapping wheel system). the seller will give a guarantee for the function naturally.  
  • New chain wheels and chains in primary and overlapping sections to the pulleys and v-belts in order to improve the smooth run of the cutter
  • One (1) doublex shaftless unwind for 2 rolls - width of 3.000 mm. This unwind is capable for the roll width of min 500mm and max 3000 mm.                 

Manuals and drawings 

The Seller will provide manuals, drawings and documentation for technological, mechanical, electrical and operational changes, modernizing and updates.

Optional Dismantling and loading 

The Seller will place 3 mechanics and 1 electrician for dismantling, packing and loading into lorries.  

Transport

The Seller will order trucks and organize transportation. The Buyer will pay the transportation costs from Finland.

Taxes and Duties

All taxes, duties, customs and other related charges due connection with the Machinery incurred inside Italy will be born by the Seller and outside Italy shall be born by a Buyer. 

Optional Erection, Commissioning and Operational Training 

The Seller will send 4 persons over to Buyer’s site supervising the installation/commissioning, conduct machine tuning, test running and give an operation training. The Buyer will take care and cover the costs of hotel accommodation, meals and organizing transport from hotel to the mill  for 4 person during the Seller’s personnel stay. The Buyer will place 3 erectors (2 mechanics and 1 electrician) for the erection work of the machinery. 

Condition  


The cutter is now in Italy ready to test run and may be sold as is where is with the option of a turnkey project with guarantees.
