We are working with a 5.15m, 500 tpd high-speed, twin-wire machine with a modern Valmet Optiflo headbox (2019) and Voith shoe press (2011), producing coated papers. 

This paper machine is suitable for conversion to lightweight packaging grades (40–100 gsm).  

This i5.15m trim and 500 tpd paper machine is a solid, mid-large scale, production line.

Pleas note that :

 1) Twin wire forming section is already suitable

 2) Press section has already been upgraded

 3) Conversion focus will be primarily in wet end / stock prep alignment

 4) This paper machine provides a significantly lower capex route compared to a new machine, while achieving competitive production speeds.
