This simple to use tool is designed to accomplish two objectives:

FOR THE MACHINE BUYER, enter your target parameters to immediately calculate your predicted daily production. Set your trimmed width, speed, basis weight, and anticipated efficiency, and you’ll find the predicted daily production in the box above the sliders.

FOR THE MILL OWNER, when you have a recorded daily production, enter the remaining parameters. Once they’re loaded, slide your efficiency scale while observing the production box to match the recorded production. Then, look at the efficiency result. This will indicate the actual efficiency at which your paper machine has been operated during that specific 24-hour production period
