This tissue machine is from the world famous manufacturer VOITH

It is sold complete with the stock preparation system dismantled and ready to professionally load into customer provided containers. The machine is reported to have been an excellent running machine

The machinery has been professionally dismantled by a Canadian Engineering company (at a cost of $700,000). The match marking has been done professionally and is properly and fully documented. Since dismantling the machine is stored in a secure and environmentally controlled storage including the Yankee cylinder which has had the face properly protected and The yankee has two heaters on 24 hours a day to ensure it is kept free from atmospheric moisture. The yankee is secure on a purpose built steel shipping steel (as it would have originally come from Voith). The same Canadian company is available for the re-erection if required.

The reason this machine is for sale is that it was located on leased land and the land lease was not renewed.

Tissue Machine Stock Prep. includes various equipment and processes:

1. Belt Thickener Type M2

This equipment is used to remove water from the stock, increasing its consistency from 3.5% to 20-30%. The stock is diluted and pumped to the belt thickener, where it flows through a distribution pipe into the inlet box. A web is formed between the facing and backing wires, guiding the stock through the presses.

This equipment is used to disperse impurities, such as hot melts, "Stickies," and latex, into fine, colloidal particles in the discharge slurry. The thickened stock from the belt thickener is transported through a heating screw to the feed screw of the 10ZSE. The stock is then expelled by the impeller in a radial manner towards the outer edges of the de-fibering discs. The intensity of de-fibering can be adjusted by changing the clearance between the discs.
