DESCRIPTION:
One right hand tender (paper moving away) automatic six lane napkin folding line for the production of single and multi-ply quarterfold dinner and luncheon napkins. Single-ply paper will be delivered to an embossing unit featuring quick change “cassette type” embossing rolls before entering the folding head. The folding head offers adjustable cutoff and also features a modular cutoff system for added flexibility. A servo driven separator/transfer then transfers the quarter fold napkins directly onto a polywrapper in-feed conveyor
