(A). PULPING SECTION

1. CONVEYOR:

Conveyor shall be designed for 18 - 20 degree inclination according to height of Pulper and consists of mainly following parts :
2 nos. of driving and driven drum of 300mm dia. 900 face length with bearing housing and brackets and required nos. of supporting rolls and having dia. 75mm with bearing housing and brackets complete frame will be fabricated from M.S channel and M.S angle .

A gear box will be attached to the driving roll to reduced the speed . A belt having thickness of 8mm and width of 900mm will also be supplied along with the conveyor.

2. 6 m3 ATS Pulper

The pulper consists of 10 – 12 mm thick SANDWICH Plate fabricated Cylindrical shell, welded to conical sides. A chamber is attached to one of the conical side for collection of accepted pulp. An outlet nozzle is provided on the chamber for collection of accepted pulp. A S.S 304 screen is attached in between the accepted chamber & main body. A dynamically balanced S.S. 304cast impellor is fixed it one end of a shaft supported by two nos. Heavy duty bearing enclosed in a C.I. bearing housing. The pulper is supported on four legs at the main body. The Bearing housing is provided with Sandwhich stuffing box with G.M bushes & gland arrangement for proper sealing & guiding of the shaft. The shaft is also provided with a C.I V-grooved pulley for driving purpose.

The equipment is driven by a V- belt or flat belts by a separating mounted electric motor.

3.HIGH DENSITY CLEANER (1000 LPM) Qty : 1 No.

The High Density Cleaner consists of one top part fabricated from 5mm thick S.S. 304 plate . A tangential inlet nozzle and one vertical outlet nozzle is provided on this. The nozzles are provided with secondary loose flanges for easy installation one S.S . Cone is attached to the top portion. Between this, one conical transparent glass is provided for viewing and controlling of the separation of rejected from the pulp. This glass is fitted in a M.S chamber . This chamber is provided with a tube light at the rear side which enables the clear vision of separation .

At the bottom, one S.S reject collecting chamber is provided for the collection of rejected materials. This reject chamber is provided with a quick operating bottom door for draining of the rejects . This reject chamber is also provided with viewing glass which enables to see the quantity of reject collected. In between the separation zone and reject chamber quick operating valve is provided. This disconnect the flow of pulp from the separating zone to reject chamber when the cleaning of reject chamber is done. The reject chamber is provided with one tangential water inlet to control the separation of particles from the pulp, and one outlet for releasing the air at the time of starting of the equipment. The whole assemble is fitted to a M.S. Fabricated stand for installation.

4. TURBO SEPARATOR ( T- 400)

The equipment consists of a conical shaped body fabricated from 10 – 12 mm thick SANDWICH plate with one operating door. The door is provided with one light reject outlet. At the bottom of the body, a heavy reject collecting chamber is fitted. A transparent glass is provided with chamber for the viewing of reject collection. A tangential inlet nozzle is given on the main body for the pulp inflow.

An accept chamber is attached to the main body for the collection of accepted pulp. This chamber is provided with a nozzle for getting the accepted pulp & another nozzle at the bottom for cleaning purpose. In between the accepted chamber & main body a perforated plate made from 5mm thick S.S 304 materials provided. A S.S- 304 cast rotor does the overall functioning of the equipment. The shaft is mounted on 2 bearing in a C.I. bearing housing. A stuffing box arrangement having G.M bushes & gland is provided for the proper guiding & sealing of the shaft.

5. TURBO SEPARATOR ( T- 300)

The equipment consists of a conical shaped body fabricated from 8 – 10 mm thick SANDWICH plate with one operating door. The door is provided with one light reject outlet. At the bottom of the body, a heavy reject collecting chamber is fitted. A transparent glass is provided with chamber for the viewing of reject collection. A tangential inlet nozzle is given on the main body for the pulp inflow.

An accept chamber is attached to the main body for the collection of accepted pulp. This chamber is provided with a nozzle for getting the accepted pulp & another nozzle at the bottom for cleaning purpose. In between the accepted chamber & main body a perforated plate made from 5mm thick S.S 304 materials provided. A S.S- 304 cast rotor does the overall functioning of the equipment. The shaft is mounted on 2 bearing in a C.I. bearing housing. A stuffing box arrangement having G.M bushes & gland is provided for the proper guiding & sealing of the shaft.

6. DECKER THICKNER: (Size-2500mm X 1200mm)

The drum is made out of 3mm thick S.S.-304 perforated plate with S.S spider rings at both ends. The spider rings are centrally mounted on a shaft, which is supported on 2 nos of bearings and plumber blocks at both ends. One end of shaft is provided with gland arrangement for sealing. A pinion mounted on output shaft of worm reduction gearbox 4 NU (Ratio 30 :1) drives the drum. The drum is fitted inside a Sandwhich fabricated vat is a semi-circular section which is little bigger than dia of the drum.

The box type section having a tapered end is welded to the sides of the semi circular section tapered end at one side is provided with a pulp inlet nozzle and at the other side is provided with a pulp outlet nozzle.
A full width S.S. Shower will also be provided

7.CHEST AGITATOR-4 Nos. (50 M3)

The Chest Agitator consists of a C.I. main body and a C.I. Bearing Housing bolted to the main body. An EN –8 shaft supported on two bearings and plumber blocks . At the bearing housing end of the shaft a V – belt /flat Belt pulley is provided for driving purpose. The other end of the shaft is provided with an impeller . The 500mm dia impeller shall be supplied in Steel cast construction .

A G.M. bushes and gland arrangement is provided on the main body for proper sealing of the shaft against leakage. A S.S. sleeve bush is provided on the shaft portion , which is coming in contact with the pulp as a measure to avoid corrosion. A C.I. ring is bolted to the main body which in turn can be fixed in the concrete . The Agitator is driven by a separately mounted motor . Base for Motor will be an integral part of Agitator Assembly .

Recommended Motor : 12.5 H.P. 960 RPM.

8.VIBRATING SCREEN: .75 m2

The Vibrating screen consists of a Sandwich Plate fabricated screening trough with Poly proplene screen plate having 5 mm thickness 3mm holes. A shaft supported on two heavy-duty bearings in grease lubricated C.I bearings housing is fitted to the center of the screening through. Two imbalanced weights are provided at both ends of the shaft for attaining vibration. The screening through is freely carried on 4 nos.- coiled springs, which rests on a Sandwhich fabricated bottom vat. The bottom vat is provided with an adjustable partition for maintaining level of the accepted pulp. A nozzle is provided on the bottom of vat for the collection of accepted pulp. A S.S.-304 shower pipe is also provided on the screening through for washing of good fibers. The bottom vat is provided with hand holes for cleaning purpose.

9.CENTRICLEANER : (4+2+1) 1000 +500+500 LPM

The Centri cleaner consists of a top cylindrical part made from S.S.304,5mm thk plate. Plate with tangential inlet & one Vertical outlet. The outlet & inlet Nozzles are provided with Secondary loose flanges for easy assembly. A middle cone which is also made from 5mm thick SS-304 plate is connected to the top part. Below this a SS. Fabricated cone is provided to resist the wear which is occurring mainly in this portion.

A nylon Nozzle is attached to the fabricated cone through which the rejected particles are coming out . The Centricleaners are connected to the common headers through quick operating C.I. valves with S.S. Rings . The header and centri cleaners are supported on M.S. stand for installation purpose with header, support and valves.

6 Nos. spare PVC Nozzles will also be provided.

10. S.R BOX

S.R. Box fabricated from 2mm thick S.S.- 304 with latest design in cylindrical shape with conical bottom having 3 nos. of nozzles, one is for inlet flow stock and 2nd one is fan pump inlet and 3rd one is for over flow of stock. Its special cylindrical shape and conical bottom does not allow any air entrapment and results uniform regulated flow of stock to Fan Pump avoiding grammage fluctuation in machine direction .

MAIN BUILDING

(B).MACHINE SECTION

1. HEAD BOX (2750mm)

The head box will be designed for easy cleaning and servicing with every detail accessible to process maintenance crew . The head box construction will be in S.S.-304 Bottom plate 5mm , back plate & front plate 5mm thickness and Side fitting plate will be of 8mm thickness . Bottom Lip in 16mm and Top Lip in 6 mm Thickness .
Head box total outside support will be 8 mm M.S. ribs . Head box mounting stand fabricated from M.S. 25mm plate .

The design configuration includes well known hydraulic flow principles with even inlet distribution, stable through flow at correct velocity, low angle covering slice discharge and cross profile adjustment of the top slice lip . The head box will be mounted on the concrete foundation and sturdy M S stands.

The stock flow distribution consists of a tapered header fabricated from 3mm S.S.- 304 plate & manifold inlet line 12” N.B & 48 mm dia. equi- distance nipples provided on manifold and fed from one side of a tube bank distribution . The header will be designed for a uniform static pressure across the machine width.

The head box pond is designed to include two holly rolls of 219mm dia. X 6mm shell thickness with 20mm perforated holes placed one each at throat and slice location with 40% & 50% open area respectively . The rolls will be carried on stainless steel journal mounted in twin antifriction bearing assemblies. Suitable geared motor with chain drive will be provided for both rolls.

The highly polished internal surface of the Head Box and the location of holly rolls give perfect micro turbulences and unified currents created in the pond ensure the best sheet formation and best sheet profile.

The top slice can be lowered and lifted with the help of hand wheel of gear box mounted on each side of the head–box with a cross connecting shaft .Manually adjustable micro gears are provided at a pitch of 120mm for cross profile adjustment.

2.WIRE PART : 3000mmx32.000 mt

All wire part framing fabricated from M.S. 16mm thick plate. Framing will be fabricated having 3 nos. of cantilever beams and two nos. of wire table beams complete wire part will be S.S cladded w ith the 1.5mm ( 304 ) Plate & all the mounting plates and pad will be S.S 202 ,20 mm thick . Complete Top beam Fitting system in S.S. in “L” and “TEE” Pattern . Wire part having the following Parts :----

(A) Breast Roll (Qty 1 No. Size Ø 425 x 3000mmface Length)
Breast roll fabricated from seamless pipe and having shell thickness of 16mm. The roll will be having the shaft size of 120mm and bearing size of the roll will be 95mm. Roll is the dynamically balanced it will be the coated with Ebonite Coating.

(B) Wire Returns Rolls(Qty 7 No. Size Ø 285x3000mmface Length)
Wire returns roll will be seamless pipe having finish dia 285mm and shell thickness will be 16mm and rolls will be having the 2 Nos of M.S Gujjan fitting with En8 shaft. Roll will be Ebonite coated having the complete bearing fittings in all parts ie with deflector,covers and all roll will be dynamically balanced.

(C) Forming Board (Qty 1 No)

Forming board will be fabricated from S.S. 6mm plate and side plate will be 10mm plate all the inside supporting plate will be 6mm. All the poly pick elements fitted on the fiber ‘T’. Which does 50x16mm S.S. flat support and the forming board is fix of on the wire table with help of S.S. studs. )

(D) Single Mono Foils ( Qty -4 Nos )

SS fabricated Mono Foils having the size of 52X40mm and the degree will be the 2 and the mono foil having the arrangement of the angular adjustment and level adjustment . The heavy – duty mono foil having the poly pick “T’ fittings. The construction of mono foil is in 2.0mm S.S.-304Plate reinforced on M.S. ‘I’ Beam .

(E) Foil Boxes (Qty 2 No.)
Foil box is having the 6 nos of the foils which are fitted with the Fiber ‘T’. Box is fabricated from S.S. 5mm plate. Which S.S. flat of size 40x16mm and internal supports will be by 5mm and side fittings plates will be 10mm and foil box up is fixed up on the wire table with S.S. studs of 25mm.

(F) Low Vacuum Box (Qty. 03 No.)
The Low Vacuum Box will be fabricated from S.S. 304 3mm plate having face 3500mm and width of each box will be 365mm . Complete Low Vacuum Box is fitted with poly pick top of 40mmx40mm on fiber ‘T’. S.S. studs 25mm will be provided to fix the Low Vacuum Box on the wire table.

(G) Wire Stretcher ( Qty – 2 Nos )
Stretcher fabricated in SS claded plate and having S.S 304 stud . Gear box is MS steel cast having in P.P worm gear.

(H) H.P.Shower: Qty-1 No.
High Pressure Oscillating shower Of 65mm dia SS-304 shower pipe with needle jet type nozzles of 0.8mm size and having self clening system.
(I). Suction Box : 4 No.

Suction box will be fabricated from S.S.304, 5mm plate having face 3500 mm. as per our standard design . S.S studs 25mm will be provided to fix the High Vacuum Box on the wire table.

(J).Couch Roll 900mm dia x 3000 mm Fab Mat Coating : 1 no.

Couch roll will be MS pipe having finish dia 900mm and shell thickness will be 22mm and rolls will be having the 2 Nos of M.S sleeve fitting with En-8 shaft. Roll will be Fab mat coated having the complete bearing fittings in all parts i.e. with deflector,covers . Roll will be dynamically balanced.

(K)Low pressure Lubricating Shower

1. S.R. BOX : Qty-1 No.

The outlet and inlet nozzle are provided with secondary M.S. loose flanges for easy assembly. A middle cone that is also made from 5mm thick S.S. -304 plate is connected to the top part. Below this a S.S.-fabricated cone is provided to resist the wear which is occurring mainly in this partition. With header & C.I. valve – 4” long plate and M.S. channel stand.

3. (A) Head Box: Qty-1 No.
The head box will be designed for easy cleaning and servicing with every detail accessible to process

maintenance crew . The head box construction will be in 304 stainless steel . The design configuration includes well known hydraulic flow principles with even inlet distribution, stable through flow at correct velocity, low angle covering slice discharge and cross profile adjustment of the top slice lip . The head box will be mounted on the concrete foundation/ sturdy M S stands.

The stock flow distribution consists of a tapered rectangular header fed from one side of a tube bank distribution . The header will be designed for an uniform static pressure across the machine width.
The headbox pond is designed to include two holly rolls & highly polished internal surface . The micro turbulences and unified currents created in the pond ensure the best sheet formation and best sheet profile. The head box will consists of two holly rolls placed one each at throat and slice location with 40% & 50% open area respectively . The rolls will be manufactured from SS 304 pipe / Plate and carried on stainless steel journal mounted in twin antifriction bearing assemblies. Suitable geared motor with chain drive will be provided for both rolls.

The top slice can be lowered and lifted with the help of hand wheel of gear box mounted on each side of the head–box with a cross connecting shaft .Manually adjustable micro gears are provided at a pitch of 120mm for cross profile adjustment.

Overall size of Head Box will be as follows :

Lip width of 2750mm .

Bottom Lip fabricated from 16 mm thick S S -304 plate , curved as per Breast Roll radius , duly machined and ground for smooth flow of stock.
Top Lip fabricated from 6mm thick S S -316L plate and provided with micro adjusting gear – operated spindles .

Helping Drive Roll fabricated from seamless pipe and having sale thickness of 16mm. The roll is having the shaft size of 120mm and bearing size of the roll will be 95mm. Roll is the dynamically balanced it will be the Fab Mat coated.

(D) Combination Roll (Qty 1 No. Size Ø 820x3000mm face Length)

Combination roll fabricated from sandwich plate of 18 mm and having jacket system .The roll is having bearing size of 145mm and O.D. of roll will be 820mm and face 3000mm. The bearing housing is completed in all parts i.e. with deflector, covers and grease nipples. The roll is completed machined. All the bearing size is grind finished.

(E) Wire Returns Rolls(Qty 3 No. Size Ø 285x3000mmface Length)
Wire returns roll will be seamless pipe having finish dia 285mm and shell thickness will be 16mm and rolls will be having the 2 Nos of M.S Gujjan fitting with En8 shaft. (G) Foil Boxes (Qty 2 No.)
Foil box is having the 6 nos of the foils which are fitted with the Fiber ‘T’. Box is fabricated from S.S. 5mm plate. Which S.S. flat of size 40x16mm and internal supports will be by 5mm and side fittings plates will be 10mm and foil box up is fixed up on the wire table with S.S. studs of 25mm.

(H) Ultra Low Vacuum Box (Qty.1No.)
Constructions of U.L.V. Box top portion will be almost same but the design of U. L. V. Box lower portion will be quite different and also having the 9 nos. of poly picks T and top.

(I) Low Vacuum Box (Qty. 02 No.)
The twin wire consist of 2 no. of Low Vacuum Box it will be fabricated from S.S. 304 5mm plate having face 3000mm and width of each box will be 365mm and it is special designed for twin wire. The width of Low Vacuum Box will be varying as per position of Complete Low Vacuum Box is fitted with poly pick top of 40mmx40mm and these poly pick are fitted on fiber ‘T’. S.S. studs 25mm will be provided to fix the Low Vacuum Box on the wire table.

(J)Transfer Box : Qty-1No.
SS fabricated transfer box and top will be in ceramic coated . Complate Farication 8mm & 10mm Plate & 8mm support, in side 8mm support Plate. & Box Width 250mm.

(K) Auto Guide: (Qty 1 No):
Pneumatic Bellow Loaded Type Auto Guide with Ceramic coated sensor.

(L) H.P.Shower: Qty-1 No.
H.P shower Of 65mm dia SS shower pipe with needle jet type nozzles of 0.8mm size and having self clening system.

(P) S.S. Trays:
The complete tray will be fabricated from S.S. 304 plate 1.8mm and supported with S.S Squire Pipe 40X40X2mm.

(Q) Framing:

All framing will be fabricated from M.S 12 mm thick plate and will be claded with S.S 304, 1.5 mm thick plate. All the mounting plates and Pad plates will be in 20mm (S.S -202) and 16mm. (S.S 202) complete frame will be machining as per requirement all the distance pieces will be in aluminum casting and Studs will be in S.S .

NOTE – Head box mounting all framing in M.S .

3. FIRST PRESS SECTION : ( Press dia 600mm )

Press section fabricated from 20 and 30 mm thick M.S plate and having 2nos.of rolls having finish dia of 600 mm and size of face 2900 mm and bearing center 3250mm.

The top roll will be micro rock coating and bottom roll will be the rubber coated. The shell thickness of roll will be 40mm and bearing size of press will be 180mm .This section having the following parts.

Press section fabricated from 20 and 30 mm thick M.S plate and having 2nos.of rolls having finish dia of 600

mm and size of face 2,900mm and bearing center 3250mm.

The top roll will be micro rock coating and bottom roll will be the rubber coated. The shell thickness of roll will be 40mm and bearing size of press will be 180mm . This section having the following parts.

5 . DRYER SECTION (6 NOS ). : 2900mm x 1200dia


The dryer section framing consists of the following:-

  • ❖  A group of felt rolls 285mm dia, duly ebonite coated with anti-friction bearings, bearing housing and bracket.
  • ❖  M .S. Doctor for dryer cylinder.
  • ❖  A set of felt stretcher is provided in each Dryer group.
  • ❖  A set of auto felt guide is provided in each Dryer group.
  • ❖  M.S. framing for dryers. ( C Type )
  • ❖  The whole assembly is mounted on C.I. sole plates.
  • ❖  M.S Dryer cylinder shell wall thickness 32mm, operating pressure 5 bar, Hydro-test pressure 10 bar,

Dynamic Balancing.

  • ❖  Antifriction bearings , sleeve & housing for dryer cylinder.
  • ❖  Main Gears of Dryers in C.I. and Pinion Gear in M.S .
  • ❖  2 nos Paper roll chrome coated with UCP type plumber block


TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION

A .SIZE PRESS

1.Framing: Frame will be fabricated from 40 and 20mm thick M.S. plate. Completed frame will be machining as per requirement.

2.Lever (2 Nos.): Lever will be fabricated from 16 mm M.S. plate. Lever will be fitted with G.M. bushes having minimum thickness of 8 mm the boring size will be 75 mm.

3.Loading Arrangement :
2 no bellows with pneumatic control panel .

4.Bottom Press Rolls (1 No.): (Face 2900 mm x Dia 500 mm)
Roll will be fabricated from M.S pipe of 465 in O.D. having shell thickness of 40mm. Shaft dia. 200mm of En8 material. Complete roll be machined and
grooved. The roll will be dynamically balanced at the 300 Mts per Minute ., The roll will be rubber coated.

5.Top Press Rolls (1 No.): (Face 2900 mm x Dia 5000 mm)
Roll will be fabricated from M.S pipe of 465 in O.D. having shell thickness of 40mm. Shaft dia. 200mm of En8 material. Complete roll be machined and grooved. The roll will be dynamically balanced at the 300 Mts per Minute ., The roll will be Micro Rock Coated .

6.Pin (2 Nos ): SS 304 material pin will be provided having of dia. 75mm and pin is having the arrangement of internal lubrication system.

1. COOKER SIZE 1.5 m3

Starch Cooker fabricated from S.S 304 , 5mm thickness plate and fitted with the one no of agitator . Agitator made from S.S.-304 vanes , 60mm dia shaft , one no of bearing housing having 2 nos. of bearings. A set of V- Belt & 2 groove pulleys are fitted to drive the agitator .

Cooker capacity will be 1500 ltr. The vessel will be MS jacketed for indirect steam heating arrangement.

2. STORAGE TANK 3 m3 :

Storage tank fabricated from S.S 304 , 3mm thickness plate and fitted with the one no of agitator . Agitator made from S.S.-304 vanes , 60mm dia shaft , one no of bearing housing having 2 nos. of bearings. A set of V- Belt & 2 groove pulleys are fitted to drive the agitator .
Storage tank capacity will be 3000ltr. The vessel will be provided with 1” dia. steam coil for heating the starch solution.

3. SERVICE TANK 3m3 :

Service tank fabricated from S.S 304 , 3mm thickness plate and fitted with the one no of agitator . Agitator made from S.S.-304 vanes , 60mm dia shaft , one no of bearing housing having 2 nos. of bearings. A set of V- Belt & 2 groove pulleys are fitted to drive the agitator .
Storage tank capacity will be 3000ltr. The vessel will be provided with 1” dia. steam coil for heating the starch solution.

The dryer section framing consists of the following:-

The Single Nip two –roll calendar consists of mainly following parts :-

  7. POPE REEL SECTION (2700mm):

Pope reel having 900mm dia. drum & two sets of arms .One set of primary arm connected to 2nos. specially designed pneumatic cylinders to carry out two operations that is to engage jumbo roll with main pope reel drum and two shift paper roll in paper roll from primary arm to secondary arm. The primary arms are also provided with a pneumatic clutch which keeps the roll in positions and also exerts pressure on jumbo roll for initial winding. One set secondary arms connected to pneumatic cylinder for giving pressure to the paper roll and also to unload paper roll.

A set of 16 mm thick M.S. fabricated framing to accommodate all the equipment : One no M.S. Pope reel drum with 2no antifriction bearings, housing and brackets , Doctor for cleaning dirt from pope reel drum.

One set of adjustable camber bar for removing any wrinkles in paper. One Nos. Tambour Rolls will also be supplied with Pope Reel .

7.REWINDER (2650mm) : MAXIMUM SPEED :500 MTRS/MIN

The Rewinder machine consists of two main vertical frames; fabricated from M.S. Plate with two C.I. Ground finished slides bolted to it. A paper roll, a rider roll with full deckle multiple female knives and a male knife fitting assembly having 5 Nos. knives are fitted to a common bracket, which is connected to balancing weight through chain, which is turn slide over the sideways provided on the main frame. A gear and pinion with one operating wheel for lifting and lowering of the sliding assembly. At the backside of the main frame, 2 nos. hard chrome coated dancing roll are given for getting uniform tension on the paper. At the front side 2 nos. parallel drum rolls 450 dia are provided. These drum rolls and the main frames are mounted on a common C.I. base. At one end of the front drum roll a V pulley is provided for driving. The two drum roll are interconnected through flat belts for synchronize the speed. Two separate C.I. Stands with holding brackets are provided for mounting of the parent roll. One stand is provided brake drum and brake shoes, which is operated by a set of Two Pneumatic Cylinders. At the end of the brake drum shaft, a Mechanical hand operated clutch is given for engaging and disengaging the brake from parent roll shaft. The other stand is provided with two slides to attain forward, backward and sideways movements. A shaft is provided for fixing of core pipe for the winding of paper. All the rolls are supported on Roller/Ball bearing for smooth running. Reel push-back arrangement will also be the special feature of this unit .

8. PAPER MACHINE SECTIONAL DRIVE ( 5 Nos.)

Paper M/C drive consists 5 nos. , heavy duty gear boxes with input coupling , output coupling + shaft + bearing blocks etc fitted on sturdy M S Fabricated Base Plates.

9. SOLE PLATE:

C.I. graded 25 casting sole plates having solid plain surface completely machined and having 4 no. of jack- tapping.
