GENERAL SYSTEM DESCRIPTION

The system described below refers to a complete line of production of recycling paper “Kraft” for sacks and bags.

Refiners

The stage of refiners has the following elements:

2 Uds. Thincken. 

4 Uds. Screw press high density TUNE EUREKA SP 45 L, to get  pulps ready to use in high density refiner.

1 Ud. High density refiner Shun Desfibrator ERG 42 of

2000 Kw a 6000 v, with launch engine of 217 cv.

Fiver classifier. 

 1 Ud. Low density refiner SPROOT WALDROOM OF 24” with engine of 400 Kw.

In addition, the refiners system has an overhead travelling crane of 15 Tn to make the movement of the several parts easier.

Paper machine

Lower head circuit: Double dilution circuit, depurator Bird, SP 600 and four stages of cyclonic depuration as follows:

1ª stage of cyclonic depurators ETM 600 AC with 44 elements.

2ª stage of cyclonic depurators ETM 600 AC with 14 elements.

3ª stage of cyclonic depurators ETM 600 AC with 4 elements.

4ª stage of cyclonic depurators ETM 600 AC with 2 elements.

Lower entrance box: Hydraulic box built by Neyrpic, with an air cushion, automatic profile paper weight correction by motorized actuators, with the following features:

Lip width: 3800 mm

Speed 750 m/min

Volume of flow max.: 90000 l/min

Lower table: Built by Neyrpic and composed of several elements of water extraction by gravity, forced ventilation, and vacuum by 5 pumps of liquid ring. The width of fabric is 4020 mm and the length is 18000 mm.

Upper head circuit: Built by VOITH double dilution circuit,    SP, with the following stages:

1ª stage of cyclonic depurators with 6 elements.

2ª stage of cyclonic depurators with 3 elements.

3ª stage of cyclonic depurators with 1 elements.

4ª Two SPs 600 between second dilution and entrance box.

Upper entrance box: VOITH Masterjet 25/5 of high turbulence with homogenous cavity, turbulence fitting, upper lip beam adjustable in horizontal direction, with “lame”, and manual correction of profile paper weight, with the following features:

Volume of flow max.: 52882 l/min 

Distributor on the entrance of the box, with regulation in every exit to improve paper forming.

Upper table: Composed of several elements: water extraction by gravity, forced ventilation, and vacuum by 2 pumps of liquid ring. The width of fabric is 4100 mm and the length is 7600 mm.

Press section

Pick Up: Ø 1000 mm x 4000 mm.

1st press, 1st contact: Ø 800 mm x 4020 mm.

1st press, 2nd contact: Ø de 800 mm x 4020 mm.

2nd press: Upper press Ø 800 mm x 4020 mm width, lower press Ø 855 mm x 4000 mm width.

3rd press: Upper press Ø 600 mm x 4020 mm width,

lower press Ø 600 mm x 4000 mm width.

Dryer 

Reformed by Orloga in 2000, it is composed of: 38 dryers Ø 1500 mm, one dryer Clupak Ø 900 mm and one gloss finisher (Yankee) 4500 mm.

The distribution of the dryers is divided as follows:

Pre dryer:

5 lower pressure dryer 

10 medium pressure dryer

8 high pressure dryer

Post dryer:

1 Clupak

Gloss finisher

9 high pressure 9 dryers

4 medium pressure dryers

All the dryers have a relative trap and a tubular bar. The steam system works in cascade with steam resource use, blown through term compressor.

In addition, it has aero term system with closed Brunnschweiler bell, heat exchanger air/air, and radiators of flash vapor and strong vapor. Fans to boost and remove air. 

Size press

For the application of enzymed starch solution. Built by Basalán, it is placed after Clupak, and allows to dispense on both sides equally or at the same time.

Controls

DCS Control system of ABB with integration of all analogical regulation and for all motorized shutter of engine sequence. 

Paper weight and humidity measure system Honeywell, placed at the end of the machine, with automatic correction of profile paper weight.

Transverse control of humidity with contribution of water system VIB integrated on Honeywell system.

Transverse control of profile paper weight by motorized actuator at lower box integrated on Honeywell system.

Winding machine 

Neyrpic type 49 remodelled by VOITH 2002.
