The paper machine producing recycling fluting and is available for sale together with its accompanying approach flow part but without stock preparation line as this is common with another paper machine which is being retained..

The paper machine together with its approach flow has been stopped with operation in November 2012 but started up again in September 2013 and it is still assembled and possible to inspect (when agreed with the staff of paper mill).

  2. (1) Approach Flow System
    1. Headbox pump with capacity Q= 2400m3/h, H=10m, 550 rpm.  Mixing pump with capacity Q=1872m3/h, H=28m; 990 rmp
    2. Turboseparator made by Voith. Designed with slotted screen baskets #0,65mm, using electric motor 48kW, 310rpm. Capacity per machine is 11 tph.
    3. Deculator-cleaner system for deareation oft he stock in approach flow, manufactured by Clark&Vicario, with performance 9m of vacuum

8.2 Headbox

Headbox is pressurized and its slice is 4.700 mm wide. It has a step diffusor.

8.3 Wire section
Forming suction drum with size: Ø 1.128 mm x 5.185 mm face length
Gap former (twin wire) is manufactured by Overmechanica. Wire size is 17.0 m x 4.85 with 11 carrier rolls Dewatering is ensure by 9 suction boxes&foils.
Suction couch roll hasface length of 5.000 mm and diameter Ø 750 mm.
Pick up roll with size ᴓ 850 mm x 5.300 mm
Wire return and drive roll size ᴓ 720 mm x 5.000 mm

8.4 Press section
Press section includes 3 nips in combination with Kusters S-rolls 1st nip: suction roll ᴓ1.050 mm and S-roll ᴓ620 mm
2nd nip: suction roll ᴓ1.050 mm and press roll ᴓ1.250 mm
3rd nip: press roll ᴓ1.250 mm and S-roll ᴓ620 mm

8.5 Pre-drying section
Pre-drying section consists of 25 drying cylinders, size ᴓ1.500 mm x 4.650 mm working with 5 bar operating pressure.

8.6 Size press
Inclined size press, puddle type.
The rolls for size application are top: ᴓ1.020 mm x 4.780 mm and bottom ᴓ1.030 mm x 4.780 mm

8.7 Dryng section
Drying section consists of 14 drying cylinders, size ᴓ1.500 mm x 4.650 mm, working with 5 bar operating pressure.


After the drying section the machine is equipped with ABB measuring frame.


 

8.8 Pope reel

The carrier drum of the reel is ᴓ1.000 mm x 4.670 mm.

This section is equipped with Turn-up System, manufactured by IBS.  


8.9 Winder
The winder mnufactured by Jagenberg Vari Dur with drum size ᴓ2.500 mm x 4.300 mm. Number if cutting units is 6 and the smallest possible cutting width is 250 mm
Maximum winding diameter is 1.830 mm.
