With over 40 technicians and 10 engineers , part of R&D and technical services, our company assures quality assistance for our machinery. 

Starting with maintenance but also focusing on prevention for our production lines through scheduled physical and/or virtual visits aimed at constantly bringing updates to our machines, ensuring the same quality and efficiency levels of all the 9.September tissue converting production lines worldwide.

A structured, Technical Service that incorporates effective interactive video diagnostics, in person diagnostics and maintenance, supplying post-sales services, preventive maintenance, materials supply, emergency intervention and “on-line” video solutions coming soon.

Service Parts & Software Support

When you purchase the machine from 9. September - Tissue Converting D.O.O. , you will be provided with Service Book. It is a helpful guide, that includes the entire machine divided in major groups, and described in details. Each controlled peace of the machine is marked and identified by a number, so you can find its information in the Service Book, and easily place an order for spare parts from us.

Beside Service Parts, our After Sales Service team is proud with its Software Support. We have a very efficient system of communicating with our clients through Team Viewer , and also connecting to the machine directly online. We are able to update to new versions of software and reprogram things without having to be there fiscally. Remote Service is one of the biggest cost savings feature we are offering.

Our goal is to provide 24/7 After Sales Service, and to assure that, we are using only the highest end components (from the world renown partners), that are available world wide. Most of the Service Parts we have available in our facilities, but in case there is a shortage, we make sure that they are shipped within 7-15 working days (depending on how specific the part is).

We are using the highest end machinery like Hass in production of the Spare parts, as we do believe that the most important thing for the perfect functioning of the machine (beside engineering) is the quality of the parts we use.


TRAINING

We strive to satisfy our curent and future customers with exeptional qualityof our products (production lines), by answering to the curent and future demands in increasingly global market. 9.Septembar team constantly works on improvements, such as continuous increase in capacity, but also the reliability, which leads to the implementation of last generation electronic equipment and complex mechanical assemblies that improve productivity. All of this requires knowledgeable and educated operator (mechanical, electrical engineering or graphic directions), trained to serve and correctly use the production line.

Why is this important?

Although TRAINING may seem unnecessary to some customer, usually it turns out that this investment is most justified and that pays of it self very quickly. Customers invest in their own production, through increased training of employees, considering that machine capacity and reliability depends hugely on the qualifications of the operator. It is very important that the high end quality of the modern and new equipment, is handeled by capable operators.

Manufacturer's recommendations for the training duration:
  • HC-075 M i HC-150 M at least 5 working days;
  • NC-801 Flash;NC-1601 Flash at least 7 working days;
  • NC-600 M;NC-1200 M at least 5 working days;
  • NC-603 EVOLUTION at least 7 working days;
  • NC-600 P4;NC-600 P3;NC-600 P2 at least 8 working days;
  • RP-1700 at least 4 working days.

* Machine lines containing a section of the printing and lamination section requires operators training in duration of at least10 days.
